Cardiff Quaynotes Orchestra

Cardiff Quaynotes Orchestra is a friendly community orchestra based in Cardiff. Conducted and led by composer and arranger, Thomas Haslehurst, we perform throughout the year alongside Cardiff Quaynotes Choir. Highlights from our past concerts have included music from Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones and Polar Express, Handel’s Messiah and Vivaldi’s Gloria, as well as Sweet Child O’ Mine and Sound of Silence.

Become Part of Cardiff Quaynotes Orchestra

We’re a welcoming community orchestra based in Cardiff, and we’re looking for new players to join us via a relaxed and informal audition.
We perform three concerts a year alongside Cardiff Quaynotes Choir (with profits donated to local charities) and rehearse ad hoc in a friendly and supportive setting. 

Currently seeking:
Strings (Violin, Viola, Cello & Double Bass)
Brass (Trumpet & Trombone)
Woodwind (Bassoon)
